Since 2002, SSplash has sponsored a number of enterprises to generate funds for the pool, including Café SSplash at Portlock Park, SSplash Bottled Water and mobile Café SSplash at various community events. SSplash currently operates the vending machine at the pool.

Numerous other fundraising events and projects have helped raise awareness of the pool as well as much needed funding. These include the Fall Fair, Island Treasure Fair, Island Star Video's Movie Night, the Polar Bear Swim, amongst others. In recent years, the men's fashion show and dinner (Men à la Mode) has been the principal project.
